Turn a Saturday-night venue into a reality-TV world.

Real Housewives of Winston-Salem transformed Bamboo Lounge into a private, invitation-only birthday experience inspired by the heightened glamour and confessional storytelling of the Real Housewives franchise. The venue wanted dependable event-night revenue and exposure to a new audience; the host wanted a complete theme and memorable ways for guests to take part.

FP Presents led the experience from creative direction through show-night operation. Digital RSVP and mobile entry supported the arrival, custom wristbands extended the identity, and lighting, sound, decor, signage, cocktails, photo capture, and a newly developed confessional booth carried the premise throughout the room. The final venue flip was completed after Bamboo closed at 6:00 PM, leaving a 90-minute window before the event began.

A guest journey built for entry, participation, and playback.

Across two months of planning, FP Presents connected the event identity to the operating plan. A day-ahead load-in and day-of finish prepared the room before Bamboo's 6:00 PM closure; the final 90-minute flip activated lighting, audio, scenic layers, branded guest touchpoints, mobile check-in, security, and two capture formats. The new confessional booth paired a wireless microphone with a green-screen backdrop to recreate the talking-head format of reality television.

The invitation introduced the cast trip.

The poster framed Spencer's 36th birthday as a cast trip to Scary Island, invited guests to arrive in Housewives or tropical-island glamour, and previewed the themed drinks, jelly beans, gelatin shots, and late-night pizza waiting at Bamboo Lounge.

Every FP Presents event receives an original poster designed to introduce the concept before the doors open.
