Test a new format on a one-week runway.

Bamboo Lounge wanted to close Pride month by testing its first drag brunch: a ticketed daytime show that could feel special, run smoothly in a compact venue, and offer guests more than the typical brunch format. With one week to plan and a limited first-event budget, every production choice needed to work hard.

FP Presents shaped the guest journey from advance ticketing and mobile check-in through lighting, audio, decor, signage, and a branded photo experience. A partnership with Krankies Coffee added fresh biscuits and drinks to the ticket experience, while the outdoor patio was converted into a shaded, fan-cooled staging and green-room area for the performers. A portion of ticket sales supported a local LGBTQ+ community center.

One-week turnaround

A compact production system built for a first-time format.

FP Presents connected creative direction, mobile ticketing and check-in, show audio, lighting, decor, guest flow, branded photo sharing, and show-night operation. The plan also coordinated a local food partnership and converted the patio into a practical backstage environment for talent.

The poster introduced the full partnership.

The campaign artwork made the concept legible at a glance: a tropical drag brunch hosted by Roy Fahrenheit, a ticketed show at Bamboo Lounge, an optional Krankies Coffee add-on, and a community-benefit component. It carried the visual world of the event into promotion before doors opened.

Every FP Presents event receives an original poster designed to introduce the concept before the doors open.
