Turn a familiar room into a fictional reunion tour.

COLTCHELLA 26' invited 85 guests to The Rosemary Room for a private, one-night parody of a 2000s-era boy-band reunion tour. The host's 'dress like a star' direction called for an immersive environment with the confidence of a real tour stop—not simply a themed party layered over a familiar room.

FP Presents developed the experience over two months, connecting digital RSVP and ticketing, text-message reminders, security check-in, tiered credentials, scenic fabrication, lighting, sound, cocktails, guest capture, and show-night operation. Because nothing could be installed permanently, every element had to arrive, perform, and strike cleanly within a limited access window.

One connected system, designed to disappear without a trace.

FP Presents owned the creative, technical, fabrication, and operational plan. More than 100 feet of drape created a temporary perimeter for the stage and photo areas, while custom two-meter illuminated inflatable lips anchored the performance zone. Two distinct photo experiences—a red-carpet capture point and a stage setting—extended the story for guests. Digital RSVP, automated ticket delivery, day-of text reminders, QR scanning, and GA/VIP wristbands kept arrival controlled and helped venue staff recognize each guest tier quickly. Lighting, audio, DJ coordination, specialty food and cocktails, signage, guest flow, and show-night leadership connected the room from entry through final strike.

The story started before event night.

The COLTCHELLA poster introduced the night as a fictional 2000s-era boy-band reunion tour. Its one-night-only billing and guest-facing tour language established the parody before arrival, supporting the host's 'dress like a star' direction and carrying the event identity into digital tickets, signage, and wristbands.

Every FP Presents event receives an original poster designed to introduce the concept before the doors open.
